Why do you want to know if I have a disability or impairment?

Part of the Naturalization process will require you to appear in person and take various written, spoken and reading tests. USCIS will make individual accommodations for those applicants who have conditions that may impair the applicant's ability to succeed. It's better to ask about a qualifying condition before you submit you the application so you don't show up and find that you could have received an accommodation.
